I. JOB DESCRIPTION

Participate in architectural design for construction projects, including townhouses, villas, row houses, high-rise apartments, hotels, resorts, offices, and other civil buildings.

Conduct site surveys and collect all required project input data.

Propose conceptual design solutions and develop technical design documents.

Prepare presentation files and design concept reports (PPT) and present to the Client/Investor.

Perform author supervision tasks and prepare author supervision reports when required.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop appropriate design solutions while ensuring project deadlines and design documentation quality.

Carry out other design-related tasks as assigned by the Department Manager or the Board of Directors.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Architecture.

Minimum 5 years of experience.

Proficient in industry-standard software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion (Revit proficiency is a plus).

Ability to work independently and in a team; strong discipline, responsibility, and proactiveness in handling tasks.

Solid ability in team coordination and management.
-
Experience in high-rise residential, hotel, or office building projects is an advantage.

Monday – Friday: 8:30–12:00 & 13:30–18:00
Saturday: 8:30–12:30
